1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your PAN application within 30 minutes of submission for a full refund. After 30 minutes, the application processing begins and cancellations are not permitted.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally made multiple payments for the same application
  • Technical Errors: If payment was deducted but application was not submitted
  • Service Unavailable: If PAN service is temporarily unavailable from government side
  • Within Cancellation Window: Cancellation within 30 minutes of payment

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in these situations:

  • Application rejected due to incorrect information provided by applicant
  • Change of mind after 30 minutes of submission
  • Delay in government processing
  • Already having an existing PAN card (for new applications)
  • Incorrect Aadhaar details provided

4. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed within:

  • UPI/Card Payments: 3-5 business days
  • Net Banking: 5-7 business days
  • Wallet Payments: 24-48 hours

The refund amount will be credited to the original payment source.

To request a refund:

  • Application rejection

4. Service Timeline

  • New PAN: 15-20 working days from application submission
  • PAN Update: 20-25 working days
  • PAN Reprint: 10-15 working days

These timelines are estimates and depend on government processing.

5. Fees and Payment

  • Service fees are non-refundable except as stated in Refund Policy
  • Prices are inclusive of GST
  • We reserve the right to change fees with notice
  • Promotional codes are subject to specific terms
  • Duplicate payments will be refunded within 7 working days

6. Limitation of Liability

Alpha Pan Services acts as a facilitator for PAN applications. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid by you.
